My Coaching Approach

Through one-on-one somatic trauma coaching, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, heal, and move forward. Using Gabor Maté’s approach, we focus on your body’s wisdom, helping you understand how past traumas, like narcissistic abuse, manifest in physical sensations and emotions. Together, we’ll work through these patterns, allowing your body to release the stored trauma and create space for healing.
